SECTION 3 - SQUARESPACE TEMPLATE TERMS

Our Squarespace templates and add-ons (“Products”) are custom-designed layouts built for Squarespace. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

• You are granted a single-user license for one Squarespace website only.

• Templates and add-ons cannot be resold, distributed, or claimed as your own.

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your Squarespace hosting plan and domain.

• Email support is available for six months after purchase but does not include assistance with third-party services or technical issues beyond the intended design.

Templates are provided “as-is” and are compatible with Squarespace at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for changes made by Squarespace after purchase.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND MODIFICATIONS

Prices for our products may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

SECTION 5 - COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT

All designs and associated materials are the intellectual property of SQSP Design and are protected by copyright law.

• You may not share, resell, or claim our designs as your own.

• Demo images provided in templates are for preview purposes only and must be replaced with your own licensed content for live websites.

Violations of these terms may result in legal action.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our site or products will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services.
